Webbo3 Technologies Limited · Internship Programme

Webbo3 Labs.
We are looking for builders.

Not people who can work. People who can build. Who think, and can defend the thinking. Who take initiative before anybody assigns it, make decisions and stand behind them, and want the tech world at full scale rather than a placement on a CV.

This is where we find them. 5 seats, across 4 roles, working on Webbo3 Academy and on every product this company builds next.

5 seats open 2-week intensive Daily availability required Remote Stipend support during training Paid conversion after 1 month
Who this is for

Beyond working.

Plenty of people can do a task well. Labs is not selecting for that. Every one of the lines below is something we will actually test you on, in the aptitude section of the application, and then every day for two weeks.

01

People who can build, not only people who can work.

02

People who think, and who can defend the thinking.

03

People who take initiative without being assigned it.

04

People who make decisions and stand behind them.

05

People who push the market instead of waiting for it.

06

People who are committed when nobody is checking.

07

People who want the tech world at full scale, not a placement.

Open roles

4 roles. 5 seats.

Read the role before you apply for it. Each one has its own aptitude section and its own written scenario, and the fastest way to be turned down is to apply for something you have not read.

Creative Social Media Manager

One person who owns the entire creative digital arm, not somebody who asks what to post.

This role goes beyond "what am I supposed to post", beyond "I need a design" and beyond "I need a motion designer". You are in sync with all three: you design it, you prepare it, and you post it. You are building Webbo3's creative digital marketing arm as one person, with AI carrying the volume so your judgement is spent on direction and selection rather than production.

What you need to have
  • You can design. Not theory. You have made things and they look good.
  • Motion and short-form video are inside your hands, not outsourced.
  • You run the whole loop yourself: idea → design → copy → schedule → post → read the numbers.
  • You use AI seriously, and you can say exactly where it helps and where it does not.
  • You have an eye. You can tell the difference between work that is finished and work that is done.

Research · Funding · Investment
1 seat

Research & Funding Associate

The person who finds the money and the evidence, and goes after both without being sent.

You research, and you help us find funding and investment. That means building the map of who funds companies like ours, working out who inside each one actually decides, finding the real reason they would care about Webbo3, and running the outreach. It also means the research the company leans on (market, competition, pricing, opportunity) being solid enough to survive a hard question from somebody writing a cheque.

What you need to have
  • Genuine research skill. You check sources, and you know a forecast from a measurement.
  • You are relentlessly active. Nothing here is waiting for you to be handed a list.
  • You take initiative. You find the route, you do not ask which route to take.
  • You write clearly enough that a stranger can act on your findings.
  • Grants, accelerators, angels, VCs, programmes: you are willing to learn the whole landscape.

Community · Consistency · Retention
2 seats

Community Manager

Two people who keep students showing up: the difference between an enrolment and a graduate.

You manage students. You live in the groups, you know who is present and who has gone quiet, and you are responsible for consistency, so that a student who started in week one is still there in week eight. You are the first person they reach and the first person to notice when they stop reaching. This is community management, done seriously, at the point where it decides whether somebody finishes.

What you need to have
  • Strong community management. You have run or carried a group before.
  • Strong social media instincts. You know what makes people reply.
  • You notice things. A student going quiet is information, and you act on it.
  • You are consistent yourself. You cannot enforce a standard you do not keep.
  • You can handle people, including the difficult conversation, calmly and privately.

Content · Video · Editing

Content Creator

The person who makes the thing people actually watch.

You have ideas for content and you can execute them, end to end. Strong video editing is not optional here. It is most of the job. You will be creating for Webbo3 Academy and for the products this company launches after it, which means you are not editing to a template, you are deciding what the piece is and then making it land.

What you need to have
  • Real video editing ability. Show us cuts you made, not projects you were on.
  • You generate the ideas. You are not waiting on a content calendar.
  • You understand retention: hooks, pacing, and why people leave at second seven.
  • You can shoot and edit on what you have, and make it look deliberate.
  • You ship on a schedule. Content that is late is content that did not happen.

How it runs

Two weeks of training. Then it is real.

There is no long onboarding here and no shadowing period. You are trained on the system and you are working inside it at the same time, because the whole point is to find out what you do when nobody is standing over you.

Stage 01 · Weeks 1-2

Intensive training

Daily, without exception. We train you on the system, how the company works and how the work is done, and you are taking initiative and producing inside those two weeks, not waiting until they are finished.

Stage 02 · End of week 2

Qualification

Not everybody carries on. What you actually did in the two weeks decides it: the work you produced, the decisions you made on your own, and whether you were there every day.

Stage 03 · Weeks 3-4

Execution

No more training. Live work that ships, and it belongs to you. Meetings are held, deadlines are real, and every rule of the company applies to you the same way it applies to everybody else.

Stage 04 · After one month

Paid conversion

Scale, and you convert to full-time paid staff, the figure negotiated with you, on the strength of what you actually contributed. Earned, not promised.

This is a training programme, not a club. But you are trained with a founder's mindset: how a business is actually run, virtually, end to end. because the work here is not confined to Webbo3 Academy. It runs across every product this company builds next, and the people in Labs are the ones who will be building them.

The terms

Read these before you apply.

All of it is on this page rather than in an email after you are accepted. If any line below does not work for your situation right now, that is a reasonable answer, and a much cheaper one for both of us today than in week one.

Two weeks, intensive

A two-week intensive where we train you on the system, and you work while you are being trained. You are expected to take initiative inside those two weeks, not to wait until they are over.

Daily availability

You must be available every day for the duration of the training. This is not a weekend programme and it is not something you fit around a full-time job.

Stipend support during training

You are supported for the two weeks. Stipend support runs for the duration of the training, so being in Labs does not cost you money to show up. It is support while you train, not a salary; the salary comes at conversion.

Then it is real work

Anybody who qualifies after the two weeks moves into execution. No more training. The work is live, it ships, and it belongs to you.

Run officially

We hold meetings. There are rules, and they are complied with. Deadlines are real, attendance is recorded and everything is treated as company work, because that is what it is.

Paid conversion after one month

Scale in the first month and you convert to full-time paid staff. The figure negotiated with you, on the strength of what you have actually contributed. Not a promise of a job; a route to one that people have to earn.

Applying

How the application works.

It is one form, and it takes about 25 minutes if you do it properly.

Pick the role you actually want

One application per role. Apply for the one you can do. Applying for three of them tells us you are not sure what you are, and that answers the question for us.

Tell us who you are, and show the work

Contact details, what you have built or run, and at least one link: portfolio, LinkedIn, or the account where the work lives.

Write the cover letter into the form

Typed in, not attached. Plus a straight answer to the question we read first: what will you contribute to Webbo3 in this role?

Sit the aptitude test

Eight multiple-choice questions and two written scenarios. Nothing in it can be looked up. It is about judgement, initiative and how you solve a problem when nobody is available to tell you what to do.

Submit, and keep your reference

You get a reference number and a confirmation email. A person reads every application, written answers included. If we are taking it further, we email you at the address you gave.

No attachments. None.

Do not send a CV file, and do not email documents. Everything is written into the form and submitted there, and your portfolio goes in as a link we can click. If you need to reach us about an application you have already sent, email info@webbo3.com with your reference number. But the application itself only counts if it came through this form.

Choose your role

If you have read all of that and you still want in, start here.

Applications close when the seats are filled. We are not running a waiting list.
